What is WriteSteps?
The most teacher-friendly Common Core K-5 writing program on the market. Period. We fuse best practices in writing pedagogy into a comprehensive program that gives teachers and students everything they need to develop their craft with confidence. WriteSteps includes daily lesson plans that utilize the Madeline Hunter lesson steps to successfully guide students into Common Core skills development. Accompanying demonstration videos give teachers security teaching new material. Visual aids such as authentic student writing samples, graphic organizers, and 6 Traits/Common Core rubrics give students of all learning styles effective habits that foster clear written expression.
eWriteSteps is our online learning portal for teachers. It reflects our commitment to a better, greener environment and our interest in improving teaching and learning through technology. For schools that like printed materials, we still produce traditional binders. Even with an order of print materials, teachers still receive access to eWriteSteps.

OPTION 1: Web-Based (eWritesteps)
Schools choosing this option still receive a kit of classroom teaching aids, but use our online portal, eWriteSteps, to access daily lesson plans, visual aids, and demonstration videos. Classroom kits include:
